Do you groom larger breed dogs?

Yes! Although currently our larger breed dog spots are filled until further notice.

When can i get my puppy groomed?

A week after they have received their 2nd Vaccination. It is critical they get use to the grooming process while they are still young. A “puppy introductory cut” is recommended for their first grooming session as this requires more time to build their confidence, and get them use to the grooming process.

are you qualified and insured?

Yes. I am a fully qualified Advanced Stylist with 8 years experience and also fully insured.

Can i leave my dog longer than their grooming time?

Unfortunately we do not have the facility to hold dog’s any longer than their grooming time. Generally grooming takes around 2 hours dependant on other factors like coat condition and behaviour. A time will be communicated on drop-off. You will also receive a text 30mins before they are ready.

How booked out are you?

As most dogs are on a re-occurring schedule. Our books fill up quite quickly. Generally we are booked out a couple months in advance. It’s recommended if you book in to also be on a re-occurring routine so your dogs never miss out.

How do i pay?

CASH or EFTPOS.

what if i need to change an appointment?

You will receive a reminder 48hrs before your appointment, where you have the option to reschedule. Any appointments that are cancelled within 24 hour notice will result in a fee. Please note with books being filled far in advance, I may not be able to reschedule your appointment for a few weeks after their initial appointment. In that case we have a waitlist so if anything comes up sooner you will be contacted.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No. As we are a residential address we do not accept walk ins and are by appointment only.
